Yes. The annual plan is a twelve-month commitment: $99/seat/month is charged as one twelve-month invoice ($1,188/seat) when you start, and it renews annually until you cancel. Monthly is $149/seat, billed each month, and cancels anytime from your billing settings, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Yes. Add seats anytime from Team settings and the invoice is prorated automatically. Removing a seat takes effect immediately; the unused time for that seat is credited to your next invoice rather than refunded to your card.
